This policy explains how Hurtco Holdings, LLC dba The Intelligent Workforce ("we", "us") handles personal information when you use our form, approval and notification service.

Information we collect

• Staff accounts: name, work email, password (stored encrypted by our sign-in provider) and workspace membership.
• Form answers: whatever a workspace's form asks for, plus the submitter's name and email when the form requests them.
• Billing: seat counts and plan details. Card payments, when enabled, are handled by our payment processor; we do not store card numbers.
• Technical data: basic server logs (such as IP address and browser type) needed to run and secure the service.

We only collect what is needed to provide the service. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

• To run your account and workspace, deliver forms, route approvals and send the emails you configure.
• To bill for seats, provide support and keep the service secure.
• To comply with legal obligations.

Workspace data

Organizations that create forms control the answers they collect. If you filled out a form, contact that organization about your answers; we process them on its behalf.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us operate (hosting, database, email delivery, payment processing, and font delivery from Google Fonts), and when required by law.

Retention and security

We keep data while your workspace is active or as needed for legal purposes. Access is restricted per workspace, and report downloads use expiring private links.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information. Residents of certain U.S. states (for example California) have additional rights under state law, including the right to know and to opt out of sale — we do not sell personal information. Children

The service is intended for business use and not directed to children under 13.
