These terms are an agreement between you and Hurtco Holdings, LLC dba The Intelligent Workforce. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

The service

We provide tools to build forms, collect submissions, route approvals and send notifications.

Accounts

You must give accurate information and keep your password safe. Workspace owners are responsible for who they invite and for the content their workspace collects.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes.
• Do not collect payment card numbers, Social Security numbers or health records unless you are legally permitted to and responsible for doing so.
• Do not try to access other workspaces or disrupt the service.

Your content

You own the forms and answers in your workspace. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service. You must have the right to collect the data your forms ask for.

Fees

Paid plans are billed per user per month at the price shown on our pricing page. Prices may change with notice. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Termination

You may cancel anytime. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New Hampshire.

Changes

We may update these terms and will post the new date above.
